Our FAQ goes over all of our most common questions about renting equipment from us and what to expect from start to finish. After reviewing this page please let us know is you have any additional questions you might have and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How Long is my rental period?

Our rentals typically include up to 72 hours in the listed price.  You are allowed to pick-up your rental the day before your scheduled event before 5pm and return it no later than the day following the event before 5pm.

Example: Your event date is Saturday, you will be allowed to pick up reserved equipment (8am - 5pm) on the Friday before and return drop-off would be Sunday (8am - 5pm).  

Where are Pick-up and Drop-offs located?

All of our equipment is located in Dallas, Oregon (about 15 minutes west of Salem).  If you would like to have the items delivered or meet half way to your location there will be a travel fee applied on pick-up and drop-off that is not included in equipment rental prices listed. 

What is required to book an equipment rental?

To book any equipment we require a 50% non-refundable retainer of the total equipment cost to reserve the item(s). (Example: $200 rental total = $100 non-refundable retainer to book).  The retainer payment will be required within 14 days of receiving the contract terms and invoice.  Invoices will be sent via Square and can be paid with any major debit or credit cards. Final payment for the entire rental will be need to be paid in full 30 days prior to the event to guarantee equipment for your date. A signed contract for terms and conditions will need to completed via Docusign within 14 days of requesting equipment to guarantee the reservation as well.

What if I need help setting up the equipment?

With each item we rent out we will provide an in-depth set up guide (if applicable) via PDF to your email.  We advice that each rental customer becomes familiar with the set up on the day of pick up because we cannot guarantee day of assistance if it is scheduled on a weekend. All necessary hook-ups and items will be included to run the device (excluding generator rentals) and listed in your welcome paperwork. 

What if I need to extend my rental period?

If you are needing the equipment for additional time an extension fee will apply.  Prior to an extension being made we will need to be notified as soon as possible to avoid any scheduling conflicts with other rentals.  The extension fee is 50% of the total rental cost for each additional day rented. (Example: Friday - Sunday regular rental needs to be extended to Monday. If for example the regular rental cost is $100 the additional day will be $50).  Extension fees apply to late pick up or drop off times of 5pm (unless already agreed upon with both parties).
